Hello all and welcome to Motivational Monday!
Am I the only one that thinks on Sunday, where the hell the weekend went? Yeah I didn't think so. Also have you seen any positive messages about Monday? No, probably not. So here is my solution.
Every Monday (hopefully) I plan to find something motivational to share with everyone. Motivation can be about anything. Fitness, health, food, life, really anything. So I plan to share something motivational and share why I think it is motivational as well as how I plan to use it in everyday life. I also will check in next Monday with how it went for me and check in with you too!
So...welcome to Motivational Monday!
My first motivational post is this:
You may be thinking...I know that I've heard of this. Well if you have seen the movie Bridesmaids...then you have heard it! It really sat with me that last time that I watched the movie. I don't know if it's because of my job (I work with homeless veterans) or what, but I couldn't believe how much I kept thinking about how true it was. I find things on a daily basis that I want to change or that I have an issue with, but then I think...its all me. The only reason I am having an issue with it is because of me or the way that I am thinking about it.
So this week I plan on thinking of this any time I complain about anything or have an issue with anything. I think this is a great way to start the week off because it holds me accountable for my actions, and that's what I really want this to be.
So now I challenge you to find something that will motivate you and stick to it for one week!
